Note: SA7500 Aluminum rails will be used going forward on all Aluminum door styles.

FRAMES

• Thickness: 1.8mm (0.071”); 3mm (0.118”) at fastener.

• Top Rail Height: 44mm (1-3/4″).

• Bottom Rail Height: 50mm (2.0”).

• Intermediate Stiles: 60mm (2-3/8”) wide.

• Single End Stiles and Bottom Rail: 99mm (3-15/16”).

• Intermediate Stiles: 60mm (2-3/8”) wide.

ALUMINUM INSERT PANEL

• 13mm (0.051”) thick aluminum sheet material sealed to door frame with glazing compound and held fast with rigid PVC snap in mouldings.

• Available in anodized and painted colours.

• Available in kick-proof design with insulated core.

DOOR FACE HARDWARE

• Graduated end hinges and centre hinges made from galvanized steel.

• Heavy duty rollers with heat-treated and outer races with 10 floating ball bearings.

TRACKS

50mm (2”) or 75mm (3”) wide galvanized steel track.

LOCKING

Interior mounted slide bolt suitable for pad locking.

WEATHERSTRIPPING

• Bottom weatherstripping: U-type arctic grade vinyl.

• Jamb: quality factory finished metal with two-point flexible arctic grade vinyl weatherstrip.

• Header: quality factory finished metal with two-point flexible arctic grade vinyl weatherstrip.

• Section Interface: arctic grade vinyl bubble shaped weatherstrip at all section meeting rails in integral retainer.

OPERATION

• Manual: Optional hand chain hoist (3-1 ratio) or optional electric operator.

• Hand Chain Hoist: (3-1 ratio) or electric operator recommended for doors over 12’ high.

STRUTTING

Strutting required for doors 4,000mm (13’0”) and wider.

COUNTERBALNCE SYSTEM

• Class II oil tempered ASTM A229 wire, minimum 10,000 cycle torsion springs on continuous steel shaft.

• Aircraft quality galvanized lift cables with a minimum safety factor of 5 to 1.
