Heavy-Duty Dock Door

Ideal for no-nonsense dock areas in distribution, commercial, and manufacturing applications, the HD-M 1000 provides fast and reliable 4.5:1 manual chain hoist operation and impact release performance.
Suitable for applications up to 10 feet wide and 12 feet high, the inboard spring assembly has a 25,000 cycle rating, which easily accommodates low cycle door openings.
A sleek profile requires just 5.25” for the guide tracks allowing for easy installation, and with no guide gap maintenance required, overall required maintenance is minimal.

Inboard Counterbalance Spring

All spring components are contained inside the door header barrel. This inboard 25,000 cycle rated torsion spring design makes it easy to install and protects it from the dirt and damage of daily operations. This design ensures low maintenance and reliable operation.

Rubber Curtain Material

Tough and reliable, Hörmann’s fiber-reinforced rubber curtain materials perform in the most extreme industrial environments the likes of mining, composting, and waste management. It effectively contains odors, stands up to corrosive applications, and can withstand vehicle impact undamaged, as the door is easily reset and functioning again within minutes.
